She has initiated the Talent Development Department and introduced a structured approach to Training and Development with appropriate Transfer of learning Techniques. Her core area of expertise is capability building, Performance Management and associate engagement program. She has represented her organization in the Benchmarking Club and has received an award for ‘best practices’. She has rreceived Chairman’s Award for Highest Performance in 2012 and the ‘Extra Mile’ Award for contribution to business for year 2016-17.
